First of all Jim has a fantastic story of how he started his agency (The Specialist Works). After a successful run of bringing in new clients for his employer, he was rewarded a car. But instead of keeping it, he sold the car and used the funds to start his own venture. Many years later he successfully exited The Specialist Works and is now investor and advisor for DTC brands. Jim is a no bull shit type individual. You know where you stand and what you get with him. He will tell you how it is.
